We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, phone number, and email address when you request a strategy call, submit a contact form, or sign up for a plan. We also collect information generated through use of the service, including call recordings and transcripts, appointment and booking data, and CRM sync data, in order to operate the AI voice agent and follow-up features on your behalf.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as calendar, CRM, telephony, and payment processors), and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Where the AI voice agent handles calls on your behalf, calls may be recorded and transcribed to power qualification, booking, and follow-up. You are responsible for providing any required disclosures to your own customers regarding call recording, in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We retain account and call data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
