1. Information We Collect
When you fill out a form on this site (contact form or pricing-tier signup), we collect what you submit: full name, phone number, email address, brokerage name and contact, and — for realtor signups — MLS ID and license number. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and selected time slot on our behalf.
We also collect basic technical data automatically: browser type, device type, pages visited, and referral source, via standard web analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and follow up on strategy call requests.
- To onboard and deliver services to clients (building, testing, and running your AI lead-response system).
- To send invoices, account updates, and service-related communication.
- To improve our website and service based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
Booked2 relies on a small set of third-party tools to operate, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Calendly — for scheduling strategy calls.
- Formspree — for receiving contact and signup form submissions.
- Your CRM (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE/BoldTrail, Lofty, GoHighLevel, etc.) — for clients, to sync lead and appointment data as part of the service itself.
- Payment/invoicing tools — to process setup fees and monthly retainers.
4. Data for Real Estate Leads
If you're a lead being contacted by a Booked2-powered AI system on behalf of one of our realtor clients, your information (name, phone, email, and conversation history) is collected and processed on that realtor's behalf, stored in their CRM, and used solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule showings or consultations. Booked2 does not use lead data collected on behalf of clients for its own marketing.
5. Cookies
This site may use basic cookies for analytics and to remember form progress. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function, though some conveniences (like a pre-filled form) may not.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard information you share with us.
7. Data Retention
We retain client and lead data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period after, for record-keeping and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 9.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and their prospective clients, and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@booked2.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA or GDPR.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
