The terms behind working with Booked2.

1. Our Services

Booked2 provides AI-powered lead response, qualification, and appointment-booking automation for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages, delivered under one of three service tiers (Speed to Lead, Appointment Engine, Full Pipeline/Team) as described on our pricing page and in your service agreement.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and brokerages. By engaging Booked2, you confirm you have the authority to act on behalf of your brokerage or team, where applicable.

3. Fees and Payment

Services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly retainer, per the tier you select. Setup fees are due before build work begins. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Full billing and refund terms are covered in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

4. The 14-Day Guarantee

Every engagement includes our guarantee: if your system is not built, tested, and live capturing real leads within 14 days of onboarding, your setup fee is refunded in full, subject to the terms in our Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing timely access to your CRM, calendar, lead sources, and brand guidance needed to build your system.
• Reviewing and approving AI scripts/qualification questions during onboarding.
• Complying with applicable real estate, telemarketing (e.g. TCPA), and data privacy laws in how leads are contacted and stored.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Booked2's services for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications, or in a way that violates the policies of third-party platforms we integrate with (your CRM, Calendly, phone/SMS providers, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

Booked2 retains ownership of its underlying automation workflows, templates, and systems. You own your own business data, leads, and brand assets used within the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

Booked2 guarantees the system will be built and delivered as scoped and on time (per our guarantee) — we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, or closed deals, as those depend on your market, lead volume, and follow-through. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booked2's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle, per our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
